A boy is haunted by terrifying nightmares where a monster lurks inside the closet. To his relief, his father appears in the middle of the night helping him to face his fears. But the boy will begin to question the true nature of these apparitions, having to face the truth about his father's destiny and the evil force that threatens to consume him.。《机动战士高达SEED C.E.73观星者》（日语：机动戦士ガンダムSEED C.E.73 STARGAZER，Mobile Suit Gundam C.E.73 STARGAZER），是SUNRISE（日升动画）工作室制作的C.E.纪元的机动战士高达系列动画的OVA剧集短片，同时也是「X Plosion Gundam SEED」制作的高达系列的第一部作品。本OVA短片由3话构成，每话约15分钟。讲述了在与《机动战士高达SEED DESTINY》的主线剧情同一时间但不同场景和地点的故事。虽然被命名为高达SEED，但故事的发生时间却与《机动战士高达SEED-DESTINY》同步，试图从另一层面更好的反映高达SEED系列剧情的主线思想。 故事发生在C.E.73年尤尼乌斯7号坠落后地球的动乱时期（时间为《机动战士高达高达SEED DESTINY》第7话「...。一名电玩设计师的住家附近发生了一连串的命案患有创伤后压力症候群的她必须面对自己的心魔，否则恐将成为另一个凶案的亡魂...。
