An anthology series in which each episode is a self-contained story set in a different world, with all stories linked together by an asteroid called the Metal Hurlant, which is passing close to the planet that is the focus of the current episode.。原作・井龍一、作画・伊藤翔太による同名マンガをもとにした本作は、連続殺人犯を父に持つ大学生・浦島エイジを主人公とする二重人格サスペンス。あるとき自らが二重人格であることを悟り、“もう1人の自分”が殺人を犯しているかもしれないと不安に駆られたエイジは、真相を明らかにしようと決意する。。
