A cave in of a local canal tunnel under restoration reveals the skeletons of eight individuals. While most of the skeletons are from a cave in when the canal was under construction in the 19th century, one is obviously of a more recent vintage. Dental records identify him as Eric Edwards who was reported missing in 1965. Supt. Barnaby delves into the history of the canal to see...。女记者（叶德娴 饰）受托跟踪采访一个忠实于精神病患者救助事业的社会工作者（冯淬帆 饰），二十多年来他一直与街头流浪汉打交道，旨在引导他们走向康复，但他的行得不到人们的响应。女记者亲眼目睹了他对垃圾佬（周润发 饰）、终日游荡在菜市场的癫仔（梁朝伟 饰）与康复的患者（秦沛 饰）的关怀 与他们辛酸的故事。康复患者其实有间歇性发作精神病，受到生活中重重压迫后，想念儿子的他持刀闯入幼儿园酿成血案......。克莱在乡下养蜂，平静度日。与其交好的房东奶奶帕克，被一场网络诈骗卷走了所有慈善筹款，崩溃自杀。克莱获悉真相后，孤身勇闯诈骗集团复仇。追查中，克莱挖出诈骗团伙背后盘根错节的利益集团，面临疯子特工、权势财团、FBI的接连围剿，游离法律之外的暗卫组织“养蜂人”也牵扯其中，克莱的真实身份也浮出水面。克莱能否凭一己之力对抗滔天罪恶？新的“疯暴”正在袭来……。
