《我的白大褂》是由深圳卫视和深圳市卫生健康委员会共同出品的，全国首档医生观察纪实节目。以深圳市人民医院为拍摄主场，通过非虚拟剧的全新形态，首次聚焦年轻的90后“规培医生”。真实呈现5名规培医生，在医院从入培、轮转学习到出培的成长过程。节目打破传统纪录片的沉闷，从职场真人秀的年轻视角进行拍摄，生动呈现年轻医生的成长故事。节目致力于在全社会普及就诊和医疗知识，增进医患双方的信任与理解，希望吸引更多的年轻人投身到医疗事业中。同时，借助“规培医生”、资深医生和病患家属之间的互动，展现作为全国首批公立医院改革试点之一的深圳，在改革当中取得的突破性进展。。DISTURBING THE PEACE is a story of the human potential unleashed when we stop participating in a story that no longer serves us and, with the power of our convictions, take action to create new possibilities.
