Documentary footage is intercut with stand-up, giving audiences a hilarious look into her origin story.。即将年近40岁的野末（武田航平饰），在公司作为善解人意的上司备受尊敬，在女职员中也颇有人气。但是，对什么都没有兴趣，平淡地过着没有刺激的无聊的每一天。野末的部下，马上就要迎来30岁的外川（木村达成饰）虽然态度冷淡，但还是偷偷地注视着野末。外川以“抗衰老”为名带野末去各种各样的地方，2人开始一起度过私人时间。野末在外川和新的体验中不断获得解放。不久，他萌生了一种从未有过的感情。@哦撸马（阿点）。
