A film about existence, on the boundaries between...。一转眼，宜臻（天心 饰）和丈夫邵文（李铭顺 饰）结婚已经七年了。这七年间，宜臻一直扮演着好妻子的角色，将自己的本职工作完成的尽善尽美无可挑剔，但随着时间的推移，宜臻发现，自己和邵文之间的共同话题越来越少，最终两人之间剩下的只有令她感到窒息的沉默。 宜臻觉得，在漫长的婚姻生活里，自己可能有哪一步走错了，才会落得如今的境地。就在她最犹豫最纠结的时刻，一个名叫周尚恩（邱凯伟 饰）的男人出现在了宜臻的身边。尚恩的存在让宜臻重新获得了生活的热情，尽管两人都不是自由之身，但他们还是无法抑制内心的悸动，产生了不伦的恋情。。
