素云（贾静雯饰）和丈夫子文（吴秀波饰）结婚已经快十年了，这十年间，夫妻两人之间的感情一直十分要好。某日，素云和子文外出时偶遇了两人从前的好友谢永康，他的出现让素云捏了一把汗，因为在当初她和子文结婚的那一日，谢永康曾经对她热烈的表白，但遭到了坚定的拒绝，从此音信全无。 子文的事业遭遇了严重危机，不仅工作不保，债台高筑，就连家里唯一的房子都要被收走。偏偏是在这个节骨眼上，子文出了车祸，继续一笔医药费救命，走投无路的素云想起了谢永康和她说过的话，如果她能够陪伴谢永康一夜，他便会帮助素云度过这一难关。。Malvís (Alfredo Landa) is sick of working like crazy for nothing.
