It’s 2011 and we’re in Rome. The government is on the verge of collapse, the Vatican is at crisis point and the city’s squares are quite literally on fire. In the middle world, Cinaglia (Filippo Nigro) has tried to pick up where Samurai left off and, together with Badali (Emmanuele Aita), he is still managing the city’s criminal affairs, with the help of Adelaide (Paola Sotgiu)...。位于日本新泻县小千谷市的片贝町，每年都会举行精彩的烟花大会，无论年事已高的老人，还是躁动狂热的年轻人，全都热情参与其中，此外更吸引了来自全国各地的游客前来观赏。然而，这里却有不一样的青春故事缓缓上演。花季少女须藤华（谷村美月 饰）罹患白血病，虽久经治疗却无好转。身为底层劳动者的父母辗转搬迁，只为留住女儿的性命。由于过于专注女儿，华的哥哥太郎（高良健吾 饰）性格日趋孤僻，更将自己锁在房中决不出门。华暂时出院，她想方设法让哥哥走出房门，并鼓励他出去找寻工作。失落的亲情渐渐修复，但华的生命烛火也逐渐燃尽…… 本片根据真实事件改编。。
