Wanting to believe their mother left some guidance to help heal the wounds of her abs...。故事围绕西蒙斯饰演的工作狂老爸，出差期间看望女儿，却发现女儿离奇失踪。无奈之下，只得与女儿的前男友(赫斯基饰)组队，一同寻访女儿的踪影。。托马斯杜力是个麻烦的警察，他的同事都认为跟他搭档很难搞，这时来了个杜力的新搭档杰瑞李，他对毒品的嗅觉非常敏锐，只不过“他”是只训练精良的德国牧羊犬，别称“冲锋九号警”，他俩的组合可说是该镇的绝佳搭档。两人的聪明程度不相上下，要看谁比较厉害，就要仔细观赏这部趣味横生的动作喜剧片。。
