中华小当家，（日文：中华一番!‎，漫画连载后期改为：真中华一番!‎），又译中华一番！或中华小厨师，是1997年至1999年于日本少年Magazine周刊连载，由小川悦司的漫画作品，此外并有动画版本发行播出。其内容主要描写中国四川省的年轻厨师刘昂星（注意：非刘“昴”星；外号阿昂，台湾动画播出时译为小当家）学习厨艺，到广州阳泉酒家修行，获得特级厨师（漫画中虚构的中国料理界的最高地位）资格，结交许多对于厨艺有志一同的朋友，及最后与“黑暗料理界”对抗过程的冒险漫画。。影片主要讲述了老嘎的出现，搅动了丐帮，也让苏灿对他产生怀疑，帮主大选，各长老觊觎，最不想得此位的阎长老才是最大的阴谋者，而老嘎却是揭穿他的那个最有故事的人，最终救得苏灿一命的人的故事。。U.S. version of the British show 'Love Island' where a group of singles come to stay in a villa for a few weeks and have to couple up with one another.
