C大校草欧阳曦在一次游泳比赛时神秘消失震惊学校，“迷妹”姜小梨按约定到欧阳曦家打工换宿，竟意外发现欧阳曦被雨水淋湿化作了一只猫的样子！为了让姜小梨替自己保密，欧阳曦无奈同意让姜小梨入住自己家中，二人正式开始了笑料百出又浪漫甜蜜的“合租生活”……。故事背景设定在一大家人居住的公寓，祖孙三代都居住在这并不算太宽敞的公寓。有限的空间，必然也让一家人的矛盾激化放大。同一屋檐下的故事不断上演。。Qwerty is a film about lonely concepts of people and their quirky exploits.
