茅崎美沙（高梨临饰）在手游公司里上班，是一名走在时尚前沿的白领女性，在工作上，她是老板的得力员工，深受同事们信赖的前辈，可是在感情上，美沙却是个彻头彻尾的失败者。某日，美沙发现本该属于自己的主任的位置被一位名叫雄岛佳介（田中圭饰）的男人给顶替了，而雄岛似乎被美沙强势而又自信的特质深深吸引，向后者展开了热烈的追求。 那边厢，美沙的同事榎田千寻（土村芳饰）即将和未婚夫时藤仁携手步入婚姻的殿堂，然而，就在这个节骨眼上，千寻却发现未婚夫竟然和自己的前辈井理佳子有着一段不论的恋情。之后，千寻遇见了桥本司（渊上泰史饰），虽然司是一个相比感情更看重肉体的男人，但千寻的出现还是让他的内心感受到了悸动。。One day, thinking that it will make your wife and friends smile, you shave off the moustache that you have had for the last ten years. Viewers who like their conclusions tidy may rebel, but those who relish outstanding performances in the service of an intriguing idea will be entertained.
