《活佛济公》是再次对经典题材“济公”的翻拍，陈浩民饰演史上最帅的济公，和杨雪出演对手戏。杨雪曾多次参与香港电视剧的拍摄，此次再度和香港演员合作自然是轻车熟路。近年来杨雪一直在主题严肃的电视剧中塑造坚强勇敢的女人形象，此番再次触电轻喜剧电视的拍摄，是她继《聊斋》之后的又一力作。从时尚偶像到美丽女军人再到经典喜剧，杨雪的戏路是越来越广。 据制片人王世伟介绍，《活佛济公》计划拍摄120集，这次拍济公是从济公年轻时拍起，“他是一个人间佛，普渡众生，但也有自己的烦恼，比如他在新婚之夜悟道出家，对妻子一直有愧疚。第一部40集里讲述了《血珍珠》、《挖心》、《怀孕郎》、《天雷报》、《古井运木》、《胭脂泪》等8个故事，目前已经敲定明年8月暑期档播出。”。本剧讲述了一群儿童医生的感情纠葛和私人生活故事。原为热播网络剧集。 这部恶搞剧经常拿ER 和 Grey's Anatomy开涮，主要讲述了一群为所畏惧，以自我为中心的的儿童医院的医生的故事，每集虽然很短，但是绝对的搞笑。 该剧由Rob Corddry创作，在第二季在Cartoon Network播出之前，该剧是个名副其实的网络剧。 Childrens Hospital的演员整容也十分强大，固定的演员阵容还包括Coddry, Lake Bell, Rob Huebel, Megan Mullally 和 Ken Marino.过去的这一年还迎来了Malin Akerman和Henry Winkler .
