《闪亮的名字第二季》是东方卫视打造的文化纪实寻访类节目，将于2019年8月13日起每周二晚21:30在东方卫视播出，整季共10期。 《闪亮的名字第二季》是一次跨形态节目的综合创新制作走访纪实+影视化演绎。每期透过真实寻访、场景再现、人物再现的形式，立体讲述一位时代英雄的故事，致敬英雄。让观众看到英雄、了解英雄、崇敬英雄。 “英雄探寻者”陈辰将和“英雄演绎者”严屹宽、俞灏明、宋轶等影视演员，通过真实寻访和明星化身英雄场景重现的方式，共同讲述一位英雄的故事。通过他们的演绎，让更多年轻人了解闪亮名字背后的故事，从而满怀敬畏之心，传播正能量。 《闪亮的名字第二季》通过一堂最别致的“课”，让更多当代青年人承接英雄文化、铭记闪亮的英雄精神，用自己的实际行动，献礼建国70周年。。The story of the Korean War is told through powerful color imagery, dramatic musical score and sound-scape.
