《守候阳光》是一部以家族商战为基础的都市剧。该剧主要讲述的是林氏家族内部继承人之间的纷争，并在此基础上展开了林子衡到深圳公司做老总，跟公司职员夏樾邂逅并产生了爱情。 与此同时，还穿插描写了林子薇偏执的爱着她的哥哥林子衡；而子衡的铁哥们成强又一直暗恋着子薇；还有夏樾的前男友丁健和小“太妹”王童童的爱情故事。。Two places are in focus in this soap. First of all the hospital clinic run by Göran Fridell, a doctor who can not take advice from others, including his wife Ingrid, who also works at the hospital.
