Secret Santa is a feature length film that tells the story of a group of eccentric college kids, struggling to get through the hectic exam period. A killer is in ...。车英民（郑智薰饰）是一个是拥有高超医术的傲慢天才医生，高承卓（金汎饰）是一个是毫无使命感的住院医生。他们的生活背景、性格脾气截然不同。但却因为“意外附身”，两个医生开始共用一具身体，故事也就此开始...。今天是林曼和陈家昊之女陈灵灵的亲子运动会，陈家昊已经答应了出席却临时爽约。林曼选择相信陈家昊，不料，却在亲子运动会上，发现陈家昊带着他妹妹陈小雅之女张青青及陈小雅和母亲赵春菊出现，并且还取得了冠军！而回家路上的车祸更是让林曼悲痛绝望。。
