故事以前作《科学小飞侠Crowds》的后续剧情展开。距离“立川事件”已经过了一年，当初贝尔库·卡切赋予尔乃美家累的力量“CROWDS”在日本首相菅山的推广之下已在人类社会当中广泛普及。然而仍然存在着对此感到不满的人们，此时菅山遭到不明人士的袭击，GATCHAMAN的全新战斗就此揭开序幕。。A man is falsely convicted of the murder of his wife. During his time in jail, he finds comfort from four women with whom he corresponds. After his second court appearance, he is finally freed from prison only to be framed for yet 2 more murders which he did not commit. With the help of his former prison guard, he once again sets out to clear his name.。
