Think Evil Dead, Dead Alive, Bad Taste and Texas Chai...。黑暗皇帝為了達成統治地球的目的，命令恐怖的蝙蝠怪人率領一眾怪獸出擊，在東京實行兇殘的“卡拉卡拉作戰”，要把全日本人的血和水吸乾…… 少年隊成員姊弟受到可怕襲擊，假面騎士Ｘ深入基地拯救無辜市民，與眾怪人展開連場激戰。最後，五位假面騎士：一號、二號、Ｖ３、騎士人與Ｘ共同聯手，誓要粉碎黑暗皇帝的血腥陰謀。。
