扬州画师郑板桥等众画友进京卖画，与宫廷御画师金敏之结怨。 乾隆慕惜日益崛起的扬州画派，微服南下扬州。南巡中乾隆为扬州画师的人品、画品所折服，并钦点郑板桥、金农京考，二人双双高中。但由于金敏之等佞臣作梗，二人不能入朝为官。一晃十年，郑板桥因破译了乾隆出的谜对而被任用为山东潍县知县。乾隆设"千叟宴"施恩天下名人雅士，"扬州八怪"均被邀进京，独不见郑板桥，乾隆龙颜震怒！潍县天灾水患，郑板桥开仓放粮，在抗旨上又添了一条死罪。金敏之又进谗言，但乾隆临乱思辨反将其贬为庶民。官场离乱，郑板桥思前想后写下了"难得糊涂"四字流芳民间……。Rimini, 1991. For more than a year, the uno bianca gang - they always use a white Fiat Uno - has plagued the area.
