Elsa has lived her life ...。女探艾絲（何莉莉）化身成走私犯禿子的情婦，與魔女黨黨徒桃麗（范麗）的男友程鐵虎（唐菁）認識。桃麗醋意大發，與絲交手，終不敵離去！魔女黨首領黑寡婦認絲身手不凡，決踢絲入黨。絲潛入魔女黨總部，取得黑寡婦信任，將魔女黨的組織綱以及黨員名單拍攝下來。不料此時，禿子越獄，絲身份被揭露，而鐵虎已愛上絲，冒死將絲救出……。何莉莉在片中盡顯靈活身手，堪稱港產「女鐵金剛」。。
