承接上季，《他和她的喵店長2》繼續走訪不同社區，包括有「香港貓島」之稱的「大澳漁村」、被稱為「香港貓王國」的愛民邨、石硤尾邨、牛池灣村……搜羅當中的「人氣」貓店長，探索人貓共處的窩心故事，帶出社區的變遷。愛民邨竟有「神獸」？大澳的貓義工有甚麼難忘經歷？炎明熹不僅獻聲擔任旁白，更親自帶大家尋訪可愛貓店長，本身為攝影師的《聲夢2》學員江廷慧也會用她拍攝的照片、影像製作短片，呈現多位貓店長的生活百態……。之前照顾翔一的心理医生国枝东突然拜访他，与此同时，最强UNKNOWN－Beetle Lord出现，翔一变身为燃烧型态迎战。但因为燃烧型态的力量过于强劲，翔一无法自控并且袭击国枝。袭击过后的翔一十分失落，为了开解翔一，国枝道出了自己的一段过去……。Set immediately after the London bombings in 2005, the series will focus on the manhunt for a group of would-be terrorists and the tragic killing of the innocent Brazillian, after he was mistaken as a suspect.
