「媚」剧故事发生在一间新掘起且甚具规模的模特儿公司，内有股东三人，旗下不乏出色的模特儿。其中一人TERESA(麦家琪饰)出身大富之家，在一次时装表演完毕后，汽车遭一神秘人装置炸弹後爆炸，虽然男逃过，其父却担心其安全问题而请来私人保镳司徒立秋(陶大宇饰)做贴身的保护，然而怪事并为因此而停止。 光正与丽梅为模特儿中心之股东，却利用丽梅为淫媒，方便自己渔色。丽梅本欲藉一次交易的时机拍下奸宿过程向光正勒索，不料光正却错手将模特儿莉莉性虐待至死，并抛海弃尸，不久TERESA等模特儿在程采吓外景，竟发现莉莉浮尸，众女惊骇意危！梅拿下正犯罪过程的录影带，将错就错向他勒索，不料临交易前却遭神秘人杀害。 另一位模特儿KENIX(郭可盈饰)因其兄当年为卧底警察却因立秋锄奸心切而连累丧命，立秋亦因此丢差转入私人保镳行业；此番相遇自是狭路难让，处处针锋相对。而在连续发生...。Loosely based on Kathryn Forbes' book -Mama's Bank Account-, this film actually contains richer detail and more intricate character- izations.
