At times brutally honest, other times pensive, these athletes' stories reveal the triumph of the human spirit, and the profound and unique connection formed as they overcome the world's fiercest physical and mental obstacles.。《梦想改造家》是由东方卫视打造的一档家装改造节目，由骆新、施琰主持。每期《梦想改造家》节目有1个经过海选的家庭入选，家庭分别代表、折射一部分人群。具体的家庭故事将围绕主人公背景、居住烦恼和对梦想中家的憧憬展开。同时，节目组招募设计师，遴选打造多元化设计团队，并通过入选设计师以往作品，展现其所擅长的设计户型和个性风格，然后通过VCR，展现设计师与入选家庭对话，了解家庭喜好与人物背景，实地考察其居住现状的问题，最后，设计师将为我们描绘改造前景，他将能解决的问题。。
