抗日战争是中国人民全民参战的一场反对帝国主义侵略的战争。在抗战时期，平静的凤凰古村突然来了很多日本人，他们正在追捕情报员赵桂英。而受伤的桂英不得不躲在铁蛋家中。为了引开日本人的注意力，铁蛋故意被日本人抓到了宪兵队。而狡猾的山本太郎并没有伤害铁蛋，而是让翻译官赵二带他吃了一顿大餐后护送铁蛋回家。此时，村民们都以为铁蛋成了汉奸。而日本人却派了一名美女特工假扮情报员，被强子救回村长家……美女特工能否骗过众人，使凤凰古村分崩离析？铁蛋是否可以洗刷冤屈，重新赢得村民的信任？。Joe Bell is a penny-pinching hermit saving for the day when his real life will begin.
