It was defined by the critics as "a cult short film".。大門剛明による同名の連作短編小説を原作とする人情ラブコメミステリー「婚活探偵」。仕事はできるが女性にモテない中年探偵・黒崎竜司が、事務所に舞い込んでくる謎や事件を解決しつつ婚活に励むさまが描かれる。。蓝泽耕作（山下智久饰）离开了翔阳大学附属北部医院的急救中心，成为了一名神经外科医生。白石惠（新垣结衣饰）依然在人手不足的急救中心担当着领导者的角色。曾经也梦想成为飞行急救医生的绯山美帆子（户田惠梨香饰）离开翔阳医院，成为了妇产科医生。冴岛遥（比嘉爱未饰）依然从事着飞行急救护士的工作。藤川一男（浅利阳介饰）与白石一起留在急救中心，成为了一名整形外科的急救医生。。
