该片是2020年上映的《漫画威龙之大话特务 히트맨》的续集，继续由崔元燮执导，讲述的是想成为网络漫画作家而逃离国家情报院的暗杀要员“俊”(权相佑饰)在醉酒的情况之下画出了不该画的一级机密，谁成想漫画大火，结果成为国家情报院和恐怖分子的双重目标而展开的搞笑动作片，第二部继续讲述“俊”的故事。。该片由真实事件改编。1999年2月在全罗北道完州郡参礼邑一家超市发生的老奶奶被抢劫后的致死事件。当时还是10代的三名犯人得到了有期徒刑的惩罚并且服役了，但之后犯人们打算自白边发起了再审请求，因此17年后三人判定为无罪。。Two paranormal investigators are unexpectedly thrown together in the hope of solving a 100 year mystery.
